Small is slightly smaller and has less stretch then medium. Small is recommended for up to 6 years of age and medium up to 10.
Stretchy enough to fit children up to 10 years of age.
On a smaller child such as a 6 month old it will be more of a fuller beanie, on a bigger child it will be more of a fisherman’s beanie (covers top of ears).

This same item was on Indigo’s site as a set for the same price. When I reached out to cancel my order here the owner said they don’t do cancellations (which is not stated on their site) and it had already shipped. When I asked for tracking info the owner never responded, and the item didn’t actually ship until a few days later.
