Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are to be made within 7 days of the customer receiving the goods.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging and unworn, with no scent of perfume or damaged.

Sale and change of mind goods will only be eligible for an exchange unless faulty. This includes when purchased as part of a sale. Either an exchange or credit note will be provided.

Seasonal items will not be eligible for a refund. 

We do not exchange or refund items when purchased in either the clearance category or when the code or discount is 25% or above. 

Postage is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty. 

Please notify us if you are returning, so we are aware.
